Lasagne – Lasagna – italian food movie – made lasagna easy – not for diet – made with Canon EOS 7D

Lasagne – Lasagna this is my third movie made with the Canon EOS 7D Everyone how loves italian food must see this movie – and if you on diet don´t watch it! Lasagne / Lasagna is pasta in the form of wide strips – a baked Italian dish consisting of this cooked and layered with meat or vegetables, cheese, and tomato sauce. Here you see a special variation of the original recipe from italy – it´s from my wive and it tastes delicious. I filmed with three type of lenses, a Sigma 105mm f2.8 macro lens, a Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 lens and a Canon 50mm F1.4 lens. I used no special extra light, this is a lowlight production. Ok – and i used a dolly… The raw material is 1280×720 pix in 50fps which was down-sampled to 25fps – no FX and digital filter used. The music title “Turandot – Nessun Dorma [Puccini]” comes from RFCM Symphony Orchestra. Licensing over audiosparx. Lasagne the movie – some people loves it – some people hate it don´t watch it if you are on diet don´t eat and drive – specialy not a ferrari ;O) Dieser Film über die Zubereitung einer italienischen Lasagne a la ingrid entstand in unserer Küche und war eigentlich nur ein Versuch diverser Techniken mit meiner dslr Kamera. Doch beim Kochen und bei fetziger Musik von Eros Ramazzotti (dem Exmann von Michelle Hunziker) kam mir die Idee daraus einen kleinen Film zu erstellen.

So You Want to Cook Italian Food

When it comes to ethnic cuisines, there are none more popular than Italian food. From your local pizza joint (debatable as to whether that’s truly Italian food) to the four-star places found in major cities, Italian food is one of the top choices when families are deciding where to go to eat out.

The food of Italy is commonly thought to be decadent, cheese-laden stuff with a predominance of garlic and oregano, almost always involving pasta of some sort and usually served with a good bottle of wine. While none of this is untrue about Italian cuisine, it does give one a very limited view of what is one of worlds most varied culinary areas.

Italian food has two main influences: geography and history.

The geographical influences largely determine the base components of the food that is served in various parts of the country. In the south, with the warmer climate and abundant access to the sea, tomatoes are abundant, and olive oil is the main fat used in cooking. In the north, where livestock are abundant, butter is the fat of choice and the cheeses are much more varied and exotic.

The historical influences result from Italy having been a battleground many times throughout history, and one of the worlds great imperial powers at one time. The Roman Empire brought in foods and influences from all of Europe and much of Asia and Africa, and after the fall of the empire many other cultures brought their food, and their soldiers, across the Alps.

If you go looking for Italian cookbooks, try to find one that gives you a “tour of Italy” in its recipe offerings. Different regions of the country are famous for different dishes, and you should give yourself a chance to cook a little of each of them before deciding on a favorite. Most Italian chefs specialize in one region’s cuisine, but the best, like Mario Batali, have a broad appreciation for all of the others. Your Italian food should be the same: drawn from all over! The area in which I live you will find a very wide variety of Italian food.

Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple BBQ Sauce

Now it was time to make my sauce. I made some fresh BBQ sauce and then added ¼ cup pineapple juice to the sauce. I simmered the sauce for 15 minutes on low, this allowed the flavor of the pineapple to merge with the BBQ sauce and become one. I reduced the sauce down by ½ to create a nice velvety consistency. After making the sauce, I placed my attention on the grill. I fired up the grill to high heat and then reduced it to a medium high.

Traditions for a Polish Easter Lunch – Swieconka

The word Swieconka comes from the polish word “swiecic” which means, “to bless”. On Easter Sunday, Polish families prepare an Easter basket, filling it with traditional polish food and Easter delicacies and then taking it to church to be blessed by the priest. The blessed food is then laid out on the table on Easter Sunday after mass and the meal that follows is called Swieconka.

Where Does Italian Food History Begin?

Italy is one of the oldest countries in the world, and thanks to the geographical boundaries of the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps it has remained largely unchanged throughout history. Even during the Roman Empire, Italy was set apart. Legions that had been abroad always knew when they had returned to the mother country. Italian food history, however, reaches far beyond the country’s borders.
