The Fastest Way To Get High Quality Targeted Traffic To Your Health and Fitness Website

The Fastest Way To Get High Quality Targeted Traffic To Your Health and Fitness Website

There are a lot of methods floating around the Internet these days to supposedly help you generate web traffic. They range from the truly ridiculous, to systems that actually work.

I’ve run several web businesses full time for over five years now. I’ve tried just about every traffic generating method out there. Let me save you some time and tell you what doesn’t work. At least it didn’t for me.

Useless Tactics:

Free for all web directories: Don’t waste your time. Everyone in only interested in promoting their own offer. They aren’t there to look at yours. The webmaster usually set up such a website for the sole purpose of sending ads to everyone who submits an ad or website to their directory. The ad comes in the acceptance email. No one probably reads those either.

Mass Spam Email: Don’t even think about. It’s a real fast way to get yourself in big trouble with your web host and your Internet Service Provider. Also, who would buy from someone sending them junk email. People hate to get spam email. Plus, now with so many spam filters out there, most of your emails will just end up in the trash folder, never to be seen or read.

Junk Website Creating Software: Let’s face it. If it was as easy as clicking a button and having a great website that pulled in hordes of traffic, everyone would be doing it. Don’t waste your money.

Buying The Latest Magic System: How many millions of dollars have been wasted by people getting scammed by the “latest magic traffic system”? Don’t fall for it. Keep your money in your pocket.

Worthwhile Tactics:

Pay per click: This drives targeted traffic to your website. The only problem is that it’s too expensive for most. You might spend 0.00 on clicks and only make 0.00 in sales. Not for most people, especially those just starting out in online marketing.

Posting To Social Websites: This can work but takes a lot of time. You have to sign up for each social network and then be a regular contributor. Don’t just spam your offer all over these sites. It’ll just get your account deleted and mark you as a spammer.

If you do want to follow this route, you can try Squidoo or Hubpages. These sites get a lot of traffic. Just don’t expect to throw up some junk and get a lot of visitors. You’ll have to spend some time making a quality page.

The Best Tactic:

Witting and submitting articles to high quality article directories. This actually works. The one way back links from high Pagerank authority sites will help get you ranked higher in the search engines. You’ll also get direct targeted traffic from the article directories themselves.

Take some time to write a good article about your topic. Submit it to the top ten article directories and repeat. How do you find the best article directories to submit to? Type “top 10 article directories” or “best article directories” in your favorite search engine. Many websites maintain a list of all the top article directories.

Not only should you submit to the biggest and best article directories, but also make sure to submit to niche article directories. This will give you the biggest advantage in the search engines due to the related theme of your site and theirs. Also, more people are likely to click through to your website. Example: if you run a health and fitness website, be sure to submit your article to as many health article directories you can find.

Make it a habit to write one or more articles per week and submit them to the directories. You’ll be amazed at the traffic you’ll get after only a short time.

If you run a health or fitness related website, please feel free to submit your articles to our PR3 Health article directory. Visit us at http://www.feel-best.info to submit your article. It’s totally free to submit your articles.

Transportation is a major contributor to air pollution in most industrialised nations. According to the American Surface Transportation Policy Project nearly half of all Americans are breathing unhealthy air. Their study showed air quality in dozens of metropolitan areas has got worse over the last decade.[32] In the United States the average passenger car emits 11,450 lbs (5 tonnes) of carbon dioxide, along with smaller amounts of carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen.[33]

Animals and plants are often negatively impacted by automobiles via habitat destruction and pollution. Over the lifetime of the average automobile the “loss of habitat potential” may be over 50,000 square meters (538,195 square feet) based on Primary production correlations.[34]

Fuel taxes may act as an incentive for the production of more efficient, hence less polluting, car designs (e.g. hybrid vehicles) and the development of alternative fuels. High fuel taxes may provide a strong incentive for consumers to purchase lighter, smaller, more fuel-efficient cars, or to not drive. On average, today’s

automobiles are about 75 percent recyclable, and using recycled steel helps reduce energy use and pollution.[35] In the United States Congress, federally mandated fuel efficiency standards have been debated regularly, passenger car standards have not risen above the 27.5 miles per US gallon (8.55 L/100 km; 33.0 mpg-imp) standard set in 1985. Light truck standards have changed more frequently, and were set at 22.2 miles per US gallon (10.6 L/100 km; 26.7 mpg-imp) in 2007.[36] Alternative fuel vehicles are another option that is less polluting than conventional petroleum powered vehicles.

Other negative effects

Residents of low-density, residential-only sprawling communities are also more likely to die in car collisions[original research?] which kill 1.2 million people worldwide each year, and injure about forty times this number.[25] Sprawl is more broadly a factor in inactivity and obesity, which in turn can lead to increased risk of a variety of diseases.[37]

Driverless cars Main article: Driverless car

Fully autonomous vehicles, also known as robotic cars, or driverless cars, already exist in prototype, and are expected to be commercially available around 2020. According to urban designer and futurist Michael E. Arth, driverless electric vehicles—in conjunction with the increased use of virtual reality for work, travel, and pleasure—could reduce the world’s 800,000,000 vehicles to a fraction of that number within a few decades.[38] This would be possible if almost all private cars requiring drivers, which are not in use and parked 90% of the time, would be traded for public self-driving taxis that would be in near constant use. This would also allow for getting the appropriate vehicle for the particular need—a bus could come for a group of people, a limousine could come for a special night out, and a Segway could come for a short trip down the street for one person. Children could be chauffeured in supervised safety, DUIs would no longer exist, and 41,000 lives could be saved each year in the U.S. alone.[39][40]

Automobile propulsion technology under development include gasoline/electric and plug-in hybrids, battery electric vehicles, hydrogen cars, biofuels, and various alternative fuels.

Research into future alternative forms of power include the development of fuel cells, Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI), stirling engines[41], and even using the stored energy of compressed air or liquid nitrogen.

New materials which may replace steel car bodies include duraluminum, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and carbon nanotubes.

Telematics technology is allowing more and more people to share cars, on a pay-as-you-go basis, through such schemes as City Car Club in the UK, Mobility in mainland Europe, and Zipcar in the US.
