The belly button is one of the most overlooked anatomical features in our body. true enough it doesn’t serve any purpose in once we grow old but it is one of the most important thing when we were still inside out mother’s womb. This is where the nutrients from mothers are passed on to health the child. So whatever the mother taken, it can also be taken by the child through the umbilicus. Once the child then is born, it is cute and cleansed by the health care provider to avoid any infection and problem. after a few days, it will wear off thus it becomes a scar and a remembrance what mothers go through during pregnancy.

Although it serves no purpose, current health articles do not fail to emphasize the importance of cleaning the umbilicus of belly button. For sure someone will notice dirt inside the umbilicus. It should be looked out for as part of the hygiene. During summer time, or when going to the beach, it is not just important to prepare for it by doing some dieting, exercise and buying sexy outfit. Hygiene is also an important aspect so when considering showing your skin, make sure the umbilicus is clean.

In many health tips, there are ways on how to clean the umbilicus or belly button. For one, do not use rubbing alcohol when cleaning it. Instead, use cotton swabs and water. This is more efficient it eliminates the risk for allergic reaction from the rubbing alcohol. Patience is also key in cleaning the umbilicus area. There is no need to rush since it is the marker for accidents and injuries. Take some time in cleaning and make sure to clean it well.

In many health articles, the proper way of cleaning the umbilical area is by dipping the head of the cotton swab into the container where there is water. Then, using the other hand, stretch the umbilicus and then clean the insides of the umbilicus in circular motion. Do not forget to also include the area around the umbilicus to efficiently clean the whole area. There are navel sprays being sold in the market which can be used. This should be spray about twice after cleaning the umbilical area to make it look fresh and even smell good.

Lastly, as part of a good health tip in health articles, experts say that using the feminine wash can also be a good thing in cleaning the area. This can be used for those who have sensitive skin since water and soap can cause irritation.

Animal prints were a major fashion trend in Fall 2006. Leopard spots were most noticeable, similar to the spots you can find on a big cat. The jewelry hot fashion was Faux tortoise, faceted wood beads, animal print beads, and similar tone beads. The earth tone colors include shades of brown, rust, olive, with black and gray accents. Imagine surfing in the wild in Africa, the fashion was pretty exciting, but I do hope and pray designers and factories are using faux fur instead of furs of real animals!

In the end of the year, the fashion went towards baroque, English royalty was the inspiration for this ornate trend, bold accessories such as brooches, cocktail rings, layered necklaces, medallion motifs, jabots and chunky belts complement the baroque style dresses.The colors were truly jewelry tones: emerald, ruby, topaz, deep amethyst and blue. These are very rich colors; you can really imagine King Henry VIII and his many wives wearing this kind of clothes and jewelry in the palace.

The fashion was strongly influence by the French Empire, the love story between Napoleon and Josephine in late 18 century which inspired this feminine, romantic trends. To match the romantic style dress, the jewelry comes with lace and metal combinations, laser cut lace patterns on metals, hand painted chunky charms, bird motifs, porcelain flowers, faceted glass beads on velvets. The colors that whispers romance is a range of milky pale tones like misty blue, lilac, rose and buttercup. Wow, I can’t wait to see that, it would make any woman feel like a princess!

But recently there have been a number of email hoaxes and internet scams that have resulted in a more cautious public when it comes to finding out the latest in health bulletins. Your best bet when searching for medical information online is a website that does not attempt to sell anything and does not require a paid membership to view the contents.

Emails are still the number one source for medical misinformation. A rather disturbing email hoax that made the rounds recently told people that they were getting a virus from boxes mailed from a specific company. The company received endless calls asking about the âvirusâ and there were a number of people that not only called but asked where their boxes were, stating that they were clients of the company and willing to risk the imaginary virus in order to get the nonexistent box.

Another unreliable source for current health news is any internet site that sells a product that is supposed to cure whatever terrible disease that the same site is stating is an epidemic. First the scam artists discuss in urgent tones a life threatening illness and then they claim that best cure is the medicine or equipment they are selling. Any medical information site that tries to scare you into buying something is not a good source of information.

Some sites actually ask for money before they give you answers. Membership fees, answer fees, or access fees are all names for basically charging you for information that should be publicly available to all. Most medical information is available via search engines but it can be a bit laborious slogging through all the search engine results. Itâs great to have one site that you can do a search on for a specific topic or just review current health news, but not if the purpose of the site is to make money off of you. There are several high quality websites that you can access that provide excellent medical information and news without charging you.

Be sure and be cautious when looking for up to date medical news and information. Find a reliable website that does not charge you, and make sure that you take all email notifications with more than a grain of salt.

Where are those old day?

The old days when you were a small child, and you used to fell asleep just as soon as the head hits the pillow? And that was awesome sleep coz during those days, sleep was a sound sleep and you slept soundly through the night until morning. Like the song of Michael Learns to Rock:- Sleeping child or the sleep of those days is called “the sleep of the innocent”. It has now become so difficult to sleep like those days, forget sleeping we just keep tossing turning on bed and just anxiety in our eyes and beautiful sleep nowhere to be found. How we wish we could sleep like that again?

Poor sleep habits like the tossing and turning, it’s hard to return to a good night’s sleep.

These days’ lots of adults use prescription drugs to help them fall asleep, some are smart to practice “self medicate” that is alcohol and while others over-the-counter sleeping pills all in vain though trying to fall asleep. The routine helps his body clock to begin the process of winding down, some short while ago before he actually gets to bed. Because babies mind knows that after supper comes his bath, then a bed-time story, and with a good night kiss. So as soon as his head hits the pillow, the dreams are awaiting.

Similarly you try and follow this example: Like start a night time routine for you. Make your evenings fairly predictable, on the lines of eating supper, taking a bath, and going to bed with a good night kiss. Follow this routine for three weeks or so by getting into bed at same time every night. Wear flannel pajamas intended for sleeping, wear comfortable nightwear.
Exercise – Kids play all day and night, when an infant they used to move their limbs so much that by night they are ready for such a sweet sleep. Kids don’t stop running around for a minute! How active they are! Well this doesn’t mean you are not active or I am not suggesting that you run around wherever you go. What you can do is do regular physical exercise. This is one of the most effective way that aids sleep. And not only for sleep, exercising is good for health and has several good side effects. All you need to do is take up some sport, regularly go to the gym, or just take regular night walks. You won’t regret it!
Have peaceful evenings – Heard your parents saying “Calm down now, it’s almost time for bed”? Or “You’d better stop running around or you won’t be able to fall asleep!”? This advice still works people. Those oldies are not wrong and their old is gold advice is so very true even in this century.
Like your parents you also may be saying this to your children, but then why are you not following this very important advice? What do you do? You watch soccer, wrestling matches, horrible news, or thriller movies. Some are step ahead, they even bring work home and in their bedroom and may be on to their bed. Well, please follow that advice, don’t bring work at home and if that don’t do it in your bed room or in bed. And don’t sleep watching the idiot box. Try to have a relaxing peaceful evening. Use aromatherapy especially lavender for it is wonderful soporific properties, aromatic candles and dim lights, slip into hot bath, get some massage and have a glass of warm milk before sleeping. All this will give you mind the cue and message that it is time to sleep.

All these tips ate simple and some essential and easy way to put you in state of comfortable sleeping rather then tossing and turning on bed. The simple change of lifestyle and night time habit will reduce or even eliminate the severity of their sleeping disorders, usage of sleeping pills and their health shall also benefit. All you need to do is give all this lessons by kids a try. Maybe like them you will sleep too!
