Yose nabe (All in one pot) Nabe is very famous pot food on winter season because it makes you warm from inside the body. And also very healty. Almost any vegitables you like, you can use. It takes only 15 minutes if you have ingredients. If you are vegitalian, you should try this. It makes you full but doesn’t make you fat at all. Use a lot of vegitables and call your friend to have a nabe party! Ingredients 1. Black tiger shrimp 2. Chicken 3. Hakusai (Chinese cabbage) 4. Shungiku 5. Shiitake 6. Shimeji 7. Enokidake 8. Tofu 9. Carot 10. Negi (Green onion) Ingredients for Dashi water: (1~2 person) 1. Water (1 2/3 US cup water or 400ml) 2. Dashi powder (2g) 3. Soy sauce (1 tsp) 4. Sake ( 1/8 US cup or 30ml) 5. A little salt Sauce for nabe: I recommend Ponzu for nabe. It’s light and a little sour taste. How to Cook Japanese Food—Your Ultimate Guide

Today, more and more people are enjoying the benefits of eating Japanese food. It is not only tasty, but it is also very healthy. This is why many people would love to try doing it on their own. This will serve as a guide on how to cook Japanese food; the basic ingredients, and the things that you will need to prepare Japanese food will be covered here.

The first thing you need to know if you want to learn how to cook Japanese food is that Japanese cooking equipment and ingredients are now very easy to buy, so you do not need to worry about finding them. Most grocery and department stores carry these, and most of these equipment can be substituted with the ones you already have in your kitchen.

A wok is a basic necessity, if you want to prepare Japanese dishes in an easy way. They are great for frying and steaming, but it is mostly a favourite for stir-fry, as its high wall allows you to mix and stir ingredients easily, without worrying that they will spill or flip outside. A rice cooker will be your best friend, since most Japanese dishes are accompanied with rice. It makes cooking rice fast and easy; all you need to do is follow a simple instruction on how many cups of rice and water to add.

Ingredients always include Japanese cooking wine or mirin; soy sauce—used as seasoning and even as sauce; wasabi for sushi rolls and sashimi; chilli sauce, and others. These are the staples, so it is a wise idea to stock up on these ingredients before you make your first attempt at Japanese cooking.

To learn how to cook Japanese food, all you need are these simple equipment and ingredients, an open mind, and a hungry stomach! It is no wonder why many people love Japanese food; with its rich taste and health benefits, Japanese cooking is being found on everyone’s dining table.

So You Want to Cook Italian Food

When it comes to ethnic cuisines, there are none more popular than Italian food. From your local pizza joint (debatable as to whether that’s truly Italian food) to the four-star places found in major cities, Italian food is one of the top choices when families are deciding where to go to eat out.

The food of Italy is commonly thought to be decadent, cheese-laden stuff with a predominance of garlic and oregano, almost always involving pasta of some sort and usually served with a good bottle of wine. While none of this is untrue about Italian cuisine, it does give one a very limited view of what is one of worlds most varied culinary areas.

Italian food has two main influences: geography and history.

The geographical influences largely determine the base components of the food that is served in various parts of the country. In the south, with the warmer climate and abundant access to the sea, tomatoes are abundant, and olive oil is the main fat used in cooking. In the north, where livestock are abundant, butter is the fat of choice and the cheeses are much more varied and exotic.

The historical influences result from Italy having been a battleground many times throughout history, and one of the worlds great imperial powers at one time. The Roman Empire brought in foods and influences from all of Europe and much of Asia and Africa, and after the fall of the empire many other cultures brought their food, and their soldiers, across the Alps.

If you go looking for Italian cookbooks, try to find one that gives you a “tour of Italy” in its recipe offerings. Different regions of the country are famous for different dishes, and you should give yourself a chance to cook a little of each of them before deciding on a favorite. Most Italian chefs specialize in one region’s cuisine, but the best, like Mario Batali, have a broad appreciation for all of the others. Your Italian food should be the same: drawn from all over! The area in which I live you will find a very wide variety of Italian food.

Grilled Pork Chops with Pineapple BBQ Sauce

Now it was time to make my sauce. I made some fresh BBQ sauce and then added ¼ cup pineapple juice to the sauce. I simmered the sauce for 15 minutes on low, this allowed the flavor of the pineapple to merge with the BBQ sauce and become one. I reduced the sauce down by ½ to create a nice velvety consistency. After making the sauce, I placed my attention on the grill. I fired up the grill to high heat and then reduced it to a medium high.

The word Swieconka comes from the polish word “swiecic” which means, “to bless”. Where Does Italian Food History Begin?

Italy is one of the oldest countries in the world, and thanks to the geographical boundaries of the Mediterranean Sea and the Alps it has remained largely unchanged throughout history. Even during the Roman Empire, Italy was set apart. Legions that had been abroad always knew when they had returned to the mother country. Italian food history, however, reaches far beyond the country’s borders.

How to cook tempura Japanese food 天ぷら

Everyone knows tenpura. So I don’t think I need to explain this. All I need to tell you is I forgot to use”small quantity of grated giant white radish” and ”small quantity of grated ginger”. It’s much much better if you can prepare those ingredients. They are going to go with ten-tsuyu when you dip. Ingredients I used: 1. Shrimp 2. Onion 3. Carrot 4. Eggplant 5. Sweet potato 6. Leaves green perilla 7. Paprica (or bell pepper whatever you call) Tenpura sauce (Ten-tsuyu): 1. Water (90ml) 2. Soy sauce (1 tblsp) 3. Sake (3 tbsp) 4. Sugar (1 tbsp) 5. Katsuobushi (Bonito flake) Tenpura preparing butter 1. Egg yolk (1) 2. Icy cold water (To make 2/5 US cup with beaten egg yolk) 3. Sifted flour (2/5 US cup) 4. Baking powder (1 tsp) Check this channel. She is a singer song writer. Thirteenth part of my summer vacation video. This video contains footage from two Okonomiyaki restaurants, one a cook it yourself in Tokyo and another professionally cooked by master chefs in Kyoto. Okonomiyaki is my personal favourite of all Japanese food, absolutely delicious. Okonomi means “what you like” or “what you want”, and yaki means “fried” or “cooked”. Sometimes called the “Japanese Pizza” or the “Japanese Pancake”, it originates from the Kansai region (including Osaka) and also Hiroshima. Song is Twist and Shout by The Beatles.

How to cook Japanese food nikujaga & Will Smith? called me!!

So typical Japanese food ” Nikujaga” is actually very easy to cook. I’m sure there are some more way to cook if you want to cook it like the one you see at the restaurant. But You can cook it only with potatoes, carrot, onion, and slice beef or pork. You don’t need any special ingredient which is hard for you to find in your hometown if you are not living in Japan. So this is like everyone can make it so easily. And it tastes really good!! I’ve never heard of anyone who don’t like Nikujaga. If you watch this, you are ready to cook!! And oddly enough I got some message from Hollywood star ” Will Smith ”. He gave me a call but I couldn’t answer the phone so he left a message. LOL I think everyone will notice who it is but this guy does sound like Will Smith, doesn’t he? IF you haven’t seen any of his videos, Go check his channel. Close your eyes and listen to his voice. Then you may see what I mean. Will Smith’s channel? www.youtube.com All music by ジョニー・苅込 www.yamasen-e.net My blog runnyrunny999.blogspot.com
