    Eat an oatmeal, a cup of Coffee or Green Tea and a banana with protein like Chicken…I guarantee you will have really good Mental Energy everyday for the rest of your life. Don’t forget to take Fish oil too, that’s important and other vitamins.

    carbohydrate is good to help serotonin level but too much of it makes you feel good and too relax to actually do anything mental thinking. Fruits are good but red meat are also good for concentration.
