Well you’ll also notice that in the world of Deus Ex, EVERY conspiracy theory ever is actually true.

@stiant06 “The green martian better be Sola and not Tars Tarken.”

I would imagine so. Looked skinny and female like in the comics.

I couldn’t agree more. I think this movie will be great, but I think Disney will make it a little tame. Needs scant clothes. All the same, I think Disney will give this a better story telling and presentation than the movie with Tracy Lords… though I considered that movie a good, fun, trail run, but not the REAL John Carter movie.

    @Nineteen1900Hundred I have…..and its good

  6. WallyWadeMovies says:

@WallyWadeMovies Of course it did. I think any movie that can make you read is a good movie. Even if its a crappy Harry potter movie. I never liked Harry potter. But if it inspired you to read then thats good.

  7. uneek35 says:

@WallyWadeMovies Didn’t Harry Potter already do that?

Maybe they can do a crossover with Gulliver Jones and have them fight off the Martians from War of the Worlds which leads them to Earth to ransack London and then promptly annihilated by a hybrid of Anthrax and Streptococcus obtained by the MI5 developed by Dr. Moreau.

@thekidfromiowa How can it be ‘ironic’ when it happened exactly as they predicted it would? It would have been ironic if they had said ‘Borders is the king of bookstores, it will never die’! Or are you from the Alanis Morissette “ironic-means-whatever-I-say-it-does” school of thought/

You do realize that books in physical form been around the longest and therefore logically will survive a change like ebooks, Kindles would have go way down in price, before even considered.

  44. fireball771 says:

Blockbuster video is in a state of decline, due to the fact that they have a new ruler and it’s not a good one. Dish Network has taken and enslaved their employees with cuts in benefits, cuts in pay rates, and converting full time employee to part time with no benefits.

  45. fireball771 says:

All they have done is cut their own throat by forcing qualified asset to resign. Yes they are looking for you, a desperate job hunter with a need of any job or number of jobs to survive. Just think what you can do with minim wage, no benefits, and a part time job. Think you’ll just be there for a pay check or actually be an asset to the company.

  46. fireball771 says:

From my experiences as a customer of the real Blockbuster Video since the 1980’s that took out all the mom and pop competition with their vast inventory and customer service. To the 2011 unfriendly environment, due to the disorganize inventory, lack of customer service with no idea or incentive to do their job. I just don’t have the time to waste going to a retailer that may or may not have a product that I am looking for. And as for Dish Network shame on you.

  47. fireball771 says:

On the other hand take a look at Netflex and Amazon, using a high speed cable provider for downloads. They have the edge with their web designers that are making it almost painless to search for the product we are looking for, and give a border selection that many of us were not aware of. With some expectations of movies that are not available on DVD or streaming formats.
And as for satellite providers, nature is unpredictable and so are you.
