Yes bean have fiber, but they also have proteins that the body cannot digest, and they cause inflammation. You can get plenty of fiber from plant foods- forget the beans.

Firstly I want to say that you seem like a really kind hearted, smart and beautiful girl BUT this is REALLY irresponsible and you ought to reassess your own point in recovery. You keep commenting throughout about how you don’t have ‘anorexic tendencies’, but as some one in recovery myself – I can tell you that you most certainly do!!Your diet is not healthy and should certainly not be followed by some one suffering from an Eating Disorder. I think, like me, you kid yourself you are ok!!

@xxfimmnxx ….I just thought I’d point out to you that you’ve confused calories with kilojoules. 1200 calories a day IS a healthy weight range. If you ate 3000 calories a day you would be obese, not anorexic! Check yourself before you post offensive comments condemming other people.

all of these foods sounds delicious so i cant wait to try em out :D

Ok. Apparently you dont know what anorexia is when you say that. 2500 calories is the amount a MAN is supposed to eat daily and you are an 11 year old girl that tries to state something way out of your mind go and do your research next time before you comment on anything else you fat cow.

  16. xxfimmnxx says:

    Bitch. I’m a recovering anorexic, I’m eleven,
    You ARENT recovered !
You’d eat normally without counting calories or going for low fat options. You embarress me tbh, you are making people believe that you are what a recovered anorexic, seek help you only eat like 1200 calories a day. I eat frickin 3000.

  17. 0MissMaria0 says:

so many creative options, thanks!!! :-)

Congrats on making Partner. Yay! As for yogurt, the most popular brand is Yoplait, and they have a ton of flavours that are low fat, fat free, and sugar free. I often get the fat free sugar free ones. Since I am used to aspartame from drinking diet soft drinks, I LOVE the taste of those yogurts. And here, we have jelly, jam, and preserves. Jelly is basically just fruit juice and pectin. Jam is a bit thicker. And preserves is actual chopped fruit; quite chunky(but also the best).

thanks for your response 2 days ago :-) I have a video request. I was looking online for information on how to cope with a housemate who’s on a diet, when you’re an recovering/recovered anorexic yourself. I am almost at my goalweight after having troubles with anorexia for some years. The woman I live with went on a diet which makes me feel like I eat wayyyy too much and makes me cut back :-( it shows on the scale & I don’t want that! maybe you can do a video on something like this?! :-)

Congrats and thanks for the new video, you look and sound lovely as usual! :)
Btw, I just had a few questions to ask you if you could find the time to reply:

    1) What does an ED look like to outsiders (I’m worried a friend might be developing one)?

    2) What does anorexia in the beginning feel like and what goes through your head when it’s just starting?

And random question: What ToK books do you recommend for extra reading?

Thanks so much, you’re such an inspiration!!! :))
