Wow I didnt think there were any vegetarians in Chicago I almost starved to death when I went there It was so different from what I,m used to ,although I suspect there must be a bunch of vegetarians hiding away there somewhere

You’re not the only one doing this lately, so I’m not “blaming” you specifically, and there’s certainly no harm done if you only make your own, but calling this a California Roll, is likely to cause some vegetarians some distress if they order it out thinking they’re going to get a VEGETARIAN Roll; because what they will get is cucumber, avocado AND imitation crab (fish product cake) – ’cause, like, ya know, that’s what a California Roll is.

I agree that this is useful for people who have never been taught how to julienne vegetables before. As she said, she is showing knife skills. One thing I have noticed with Jennifer is that she tries to keep things simple to show everyone that it is not too hard to incorporate more raw food into their diet.
I think its very useful to watch for people who dont know this :) Thanks!
