i dont get WHATS SO ‘DISGUSTING;, SALVYY. This is how things were, though im suprised she didnt elaborate on St teresa being depicted as passive because she was thought of an anti-institutional saint. (yes later canonized_) and was at one point accuesd of heresy by the spanish inquisition
You are disgusting, motherfucker.

This is so good for learning! Great teacher!
Le problème d’une interprétation à caractère sexuel de l’oeuvre de Bernin est de penser la comprendre à travers un regard actuel. Aucun commentaire de la sorte n’existe lors de la présentation de l’oeuvre à son premier public.
What about French Baroque? that was royalty, not religious figures right?

perfect…so beautiful…
Awesome video. It kinda shows how the idea of what is beautiful changes, and how it stays similar. Really cool video, but for some of them, it’s hardly even been morphed all the way. Slow it down, could ya? (Although I realize that would mean a separate video, and depending on the used software, what might be a lot of work)
Sorry I needed to do this

back in the day when women looked like women and not like stick figures with no soul.
@torporify I wasn’t trying to insult the artists you chose . Am saying most artists painted like that, nothing personal to you. Just wondering why they them like that each one looks the same in a way…
@dishy200
maybe you should put together your own video with your idea of beauty, and artists you choose. then let us compare. Oh the other hand, maybe you should stick to MTV videos.

Excellent Video.
why do most of the women have this weird face . They supposed to be so pretty according to history and yet they have ugly weird eyes . I wonder if they actually looked like that or the artists kept painting them all the same at those times.
I love the music and the selection of paintings. However, I find the morphing process to be a bit too distracting. I would prefer a bit more time on each painting and a more straightforward transition.
