Hmmm… That sounds very discouraging. I just got into wholesaling houses in the NY/NJ area so I don’t have anywhere enough money YET. But I know several people who are going to help me out and they are at the point where they make six figures a year doing 3 hours of work a day EASILY. The next step is to obviously have to not work at all by making residual income so they are thinking of renting and business ownership. Why’d you choose a theatre? You recommend owning anything else? Thanks!
VERY expensive. A lot of overhead. minimal profits. But, has fringe benefits.
If you are serious i have a question. What’s it like to own a theatre? It’s one of the few establishments i might actually want to ownone day.
