These are smaller than the meal size bars but less than half the calories at 100 rather than 210 calories, which make them a perfect snack. For someone with a sweet tooth this is a great substitute for the candy, cookies, cake, etc you’re trying to avoid. I found them surprisingly filling for such a small bar. They’re great in the morning with coffee as a quick meal on the go, or to stash in your purse for a mid-morning snack. The texture is crunchy without the dry cardboard taste of some diet bars and the blend of chocolate and raspberry is delicious. Amazon’s price is the lowest I’ve found, especially if you sign up for the Subscribe and Save program. I saved 15% off the total price which makes them very affordable.

These South Beach chocolate raspberry bars are really good. They’re sweet and a little crunchy, so they’re great for afternoon cravings. The current Amazon offer is a great deal, too. 12 boxes of 6 bars–72 bars for $20! This is the best price I’ve seen for South Beach snacks.

I love these bars and can’t find them locally any more. I hesitated to order them due to the review here that said she felt cheated on the quantity and quality. I received the 12 boxes as advertised, all fresh, and they are a delicious snack. Unlike many bars, these only have 3 g of fat and lots of fiber. As a Weight Watchers member, I’m delighted to find this bar only has 1 point!
